On Monday, I had a very special date. I got to hang out with my favorite little, West. I had told him we would go on a lunch date since I had missed his Birthday and felt VERY guilty. I couldn’t get enough of this little character, he is the sweetest!
Listening to all the sounds, phrases, sentences, questions that came from his lips, made my heart melt! He has come SO FAR!
I picked him up from his house and we headed to Toys-R-US, he knew right where to go and what section to get it in. Unfortunately they didn’t have his “spike-a-saur-us,” but he found 1.) a whale shark, and 2.) a HUGE t-rex set, he HAD to have them both, he knew I would never say NO!
We pondered back and forth on where to go for lunch, but we both agreed that Red Robin sounded great, and as long as they had chocolate shakes, he was all in!
West taught me all about Dinosaurs, Sharks, showed me awesome pictures on my phone and used his hands to show me how large all these animals are that he LOVES oh-so-much!
After lunch we headed back to the house, ripped open the box of Dino’s and got to playing! I couldn’t have asked for a better day, better companion for my date or a more special boy in my life! I hope you had fun, Auntie Loves you to pieces!
